How This Directory Works

Every carrier has a page

Each entry opens a page with the tracking form already set to that carrier, so you only need to supply the number.

The busiest ones have guides

Major carriers also get a written guide covering number formats, typical timings and how to reach their support. Smaller regional carriers have the tracking form only.

Some carriers appear more than once

Large networks run separate operations per country or division — DPD (UK) and DPD (DE), for example. Pick the one matching where your parcel is being delivered.

A note on accuracy: this directory is built from tracking data provided by a third-party provider, and the level of detail varies from carrier to carrier. Where we are not confident about a company's home country or service type, we leave it blank rather than guess. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Which carrier has your parcel?

A directory this size is only useful if you know what you are looking for. Three ways to narrow it down:

The dispatch email

The email confirming your item shipped — not the earlier order confirmation — usually names the carrier outright.

The number's shape

Beginning 1Z means UPS. Twenty-plus digits with no letters is usually USPS. Two letters, nine digits and a country code — RR123456789IT — is a national postal service, and those final letters name the country.

Two carriers, two numbers

Cross-border parcels frequently change hands. An export consolidator carries the first half, a local carrier the last leg — each with its own number. If the first goes quiet on arrival, ask the seller for the second.

Why Look Carriers Up Here?

Carriers you have never heard of

Cross-border orders often end up with a regional carrier whose website you would otherwise have to hunt for.

One consistent layout

Every carrier's events are shown the same way, rather than in whatever format and language their own site happens to use.

Built for international parcels

Handovers, customs events and second tracking numbers are where tracking gets confusing. Our guides explain what you are seeing.

Free, no account

Nothing to register for and no email to hand over. The site is funded by advertising.

About This Directory

First, try a shorter search term. Carriers are stored under their registered operating name, which is not always the brand printed on the parcel, and a two- or three-letter fragment finds far more than a full company name.

If it genuinely is not here, the carrier is probably a local operator without a public tracking interface. In that case the sender is your route — they will have direct contact with whoever they booked. You can also tell us the name and we will look into adding it.

Because they are genuinely separate operations. A network like DPD or GLS runs a distinct company in each country, often on its own tracking system, and large carriers also split express, freight and e-commerce arms the same way. Picking the entry matching your delivery country gives the better result.
