TrackParcelHub uses the tracking numbers you enter solely to retrieve shipment information from courier tracking systems. We do not build a profile of you from your tracking activity, and we do not keep a permanent record of the tracking numbers you look up.

When you use our tracking number lookup service, your request is forwarded to our tracking data provider, 17TRACK, which retrieves the status from the relevant courier's system. Only the tracking number and the technical details of the request are shared – we do not send your name, email address, or any contact information.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

TrackParcelHub uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand how visitors use it, and to display advertising that helps us keep the service free.

Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on TrackParcelHub. Advertising revenue is what allows us to offer parcel tracking with no registration, no subscription and no fees.

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to TrackParcelHub and/or other sites on the Internet.

TrackParcelHub relies on the following categories of third-party services:

• Courier and tracking data providers: We use courier tracking systems and third-party tracking APIs to retrieve shipment information. These are subject to each provider's own terms and privacy policies.
• Google Analytics: Used to understand website traffic and visitor behaviour in aggregate.
• Google AdSense: Used to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Section 5 for full details and opt-out options.
• Hosting and security providers: Our servers and content delivery/security layer process technical request data such as IP address in order to deliver the site and block abusive traffic.
• 17TRACK (tracking data provider): We use the 17TRACK API to retrieve shipment and courier tracking information. When you submit a tracking number, that number is sent to 17TRACK in order to fetch your shipment status. 17TRACK processes this request under its own privacy policy. We are an independent user of this service and are not affiliated with 17TRACK.

We do not sell your personal information to these third parties. Each of them acts under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those policies.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
